Yes, we use full 128-bit SSL encryption on our shopping cart and checkout to ensure all our customer's personal details are safe and secure. You can see that our checkout pages are secure by checking for a padlock icon on the status bar (must be enabled) of your browser.
Our secure online process are handled by our partner Jumbo Corporation, a publicly listed company on the Australian and German stock exchanges.

We accept AMEX, Visa and Mastercard credit cards. By purchasing with your credit card, transactions are quicker and easier. As you are charged immediately, it enables us to send your order as quickly as possible.

All orders are billed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are using a foreign account the purchase amount will be converted to your local currency. Depending on your credit card provider, exchange fees may apply (call your provider to find out).

Orders made from Australia will include 10% GST
Orders made from countries outside of Australia will include any taxes that are relevant to the country of origin.

All orders within Australia are sent by Australia Post Registered Mail Service. Orders require a signature on delivery and can be tracked throughout the delivery process.

International

All International orders are sent via Australia Post Express Courier service. Orders require a signature on delivery and can be tracked throughout the delivery process.

If you have chosen to Buy a Download Copy instructions for the download process will appear after you have finished the checkout process. These instructions will also be emailed to you with your Invoice details.

We abide by the Refunds Policy of the Queensland Government Office of Fair Trading

You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased:

Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase;
Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement;
Do not match the sample you were shown at the time of purchase; and/or
Do not do the job as you were led to believe.

You are not entitled to a refund if you:

Sellerbyte will exchange or refund a product if it is returned to us in it's original condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay freight costs.
Defective products will be replaced with the original product purchased. For products that cannot be replaced. a full refund will be provided. Sellerbyte will pay freight.
A successful download is considered to be an opened product. If you are unable to download the software a refund may be given. Sellerbyte reserves the right to correct the problem through our help center before a download product is refunded.
All return requests must be lodged with the Sellerbyte help center within 14 days of delivery.

If a problem arises with your product you can contact the Sellerbyte Help Center to receive technical support or receive a returns authorization number. You must obtain a returns authorization number before attempting to return a product to us.
You need to call Sellerbyte within 14 days of receiving the product on our customer service number or by email. We will evaluate your return request and issue you with a returns authorization number if appropriate. We will also provide you with return address details.
